Collective Announces New COO – Phil Abeln

Collective proudly announces Phil Abeln as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO). As the COO, Abeln will oversee special projects, remove obstacles that may block goals, and help the team continue to grow in new markets.

Abeln brings an impressive background and experience from various leadership roles with a track record of driving operational excellence, fostering innovation, and delivering exceptional results.

Collective continues to grow this year, opening three new multi-family complexes in Billings, Montana, Rapid City, South Dakota, and Watertown, South Dakota.
