Collective has been named one of Prairie Business Magazine's 50 Best Places to Work
Prairie Business Magazine recently announced the
Top 50 Best Places to work for 2026 and Collective made the list!

The Collective team spans over a half dozen cities across the Midwest and Mountain West. In fact, nearly 900 miles separate our team members in
Billings from our team members in
Minneapolis. Technology helps close that distance, but there is no substitute for being in the same room.

Collective Connect is our annual gathering that brings the team together. It’s part learning, part professional development, and mostly just a chance to celebrate the people doing the work and reflect on how far we have come together. It's become something that everyone looks forward to each year.
We also give our team the chance to put their skills to the test beyond the job site. Our maintenance team competed in the
Greater Red River Apartment Association's Maintenance Mania, going head-to-head with other property management teams in timed challenges based on the real work they do every day. The team took home multiple awards and a drive to do even better next year.

And when the Corporate Cup came around, Collective joined Great States Construction to field a combined team competing in everything from tug of war to human foosball. Win or lose, our commitment to being a great place to work extends far beyond our properties and support office.
From their very first day on the team, every person at Collective receives paid time to volunteer with causes and organizations that matter to them. From neighborhood trash cleanups to planting flowers in a memorial garden,
our team members are given the time to be good neighbors who make their communities even better.
