The Maddux is a 1,063-square-foot home with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an open kitchen and living area, and its own washer and dryer. The second bedroom works just as well as an office or guest room.

Brunsfield North Loop is a 46-home building at 915 North Washington Avenue in Minneapolis. Residents park in a heated underground garage, so you can skip the meters, the street sweeping, and the snow emergency tows. Inside, there's a fitness center, a clubroom with a fireplace and full kitchen, and a lobby coffee bar. The private courtyard has an outdoor fireplace and grills, and bikes get a locked room with a wash station.

Spyhouse Coffee is next door, Bar La Grassa is a two-minute walk, and Target Field is about 15 minutes on foot. Cats and dogs are welcome, up to two per home, with no weight or breed restrictions, plus a dog wash bay and a fenced dog run.
